Customer Success Manager

TIQ is looking for a customer success manager to increase the value TIQ brings to leading law firms across Europe!

Who are we looking for?

  • You are proactive, commercial, flexible and well organized.
  • Proven experience at a SaaS company in a similar role. Experience in delivering cloud software and integrations are key.
  • Superb project management skills and self-starter: you are hands-on and take ownership of your project.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with C-level executives.
  • You have attention to detail; you deliver and are able to prioritize multiple objectives and projects.
  • Ready to deliver top performance in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is a big plus.

What will you be doing?

Together with the founder of the company you will form the customer success team; this includes working together with sales and the product team. By doing this, you will not only deliver well managed implementations, but also convert customers into ambassadors of our product.

  • You will be responsible of the customer experience for TIQ Time. This includes leading kick-off meetings,
    educating customers on best-practice approaches and providing them with the training and documentation
    for every step of the project.
  • You will lead the implementation project with detailed knowledge of TIQ Time and do regular check-in's
    with our customers to make sure they get the most out of the product.
  • Identify customer challenges and business requirements to ensure the TIQ roadmap is aligned with customer
    needs. This includes uncovering improvements based on analysis of usage data.
  • You will be the customers contact point for 2nd or 3rd line support questions and manage the open issues
    in TIQ's ticketing system.
  • You will help existing customers discover new product features and facilitate upselling
    these features when it benefits the customer.
  • Work together with TIQ's sales team to support them in the final stages of the sales process. Especially
    translating customers business needs into a clear project plan for a POC and/or implementation.

  • This role can be performed 100% remotely. If you want to work at the office, our HQ is based in the center.
    of Amsterdam. Most of the customer contact is in the GMT +1 and GMT+2 timezones
